About adding option to disable S3TC in registry.
It appears that such option is already exist, look here:
http://wiki.winehq.org/UsefulRegistryKeys
there is:

      +-OpenGL
      |  |
      |  +->DisabledExtensions
      |      [Space separated list of OpenGL extensions that are not reported
to applications.
      |       Example: "GL_ARB_vertex_buffer_object GL_ATI_fragment_shader".]
      |

The only problem is that nor "GL_EXT_texture_compression_s3tc" nor
"EXT_texture_compression_s3tc" isn't working.
Is there any one who can tell us the correct value or is that option is not for
our case?
