"I mean the splash screen where you can choose to start Organize, Edit, Create
and Share. One thing was forgotten when I reported the bug. This error message
did not show up when I used the trial version, which I used for a couple of
days. The problem showed up after I entered a valid license key to the
program."

Adobe license problem, dupe. (I can recreate this error with the trial).
