You could import them manually into the profile certificate store, which is
located in ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/profiles/<username>/Application
Data/Mozilla/Profiles/MSHTML/<random characters>/ using
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/security/pki/nss/tools/certutil.html
