Apparently Slackware does not ship any CA certificates, see
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15704#c11 .  This is an invalid
configuration.  You need to make sure the same CA certs are installed in
Slackware as on Windows, or at least that the CA cert used to sign isscript.msi
is installed (and trusted.)
