Doesn't seem so, this is the command from the shortcut created by menubuilder:
env WINEPREFIX="/home/test/.wine" wine "C:\Program Files\PopCap Games\Bookworm
Deluxe\Bookworm.exe"

So if the wine.desktop file starts with /Unix, then I guess this needs to be
changed in the menubuilder too?
