Error log

After the installation I click on icon to run game but it crashes right away
with a Program Error. I'm including pic and error log in terminal. Upon the
crash the desktop resolution is not the same, originally 1280x1024 and shown
looks like 1024x768.

My system:

Ubuntu 8.10 32bit
wine 1.1.21 recently upgraded.
Amd x2 black edition 2.7ghz
2gigs ddr2 800
asus m3a78-t mobo with built-in ati hd3300
