The installation works with native msxml3. But after starting the program it
automatically downloads available updates, then crashes again with the same
error log.
I get a lot of errors like
fixme:setupapi:SetupDefaultQueueCallbackA notification 262144 params 32f890,0
and
err:heap:HEAP_ValidateInUseArena Heap 0x110000: in-use arena 0x169158 next
block has PREV_FREE flag
