Slingplayer EU 1.5.1 setup exits silently.

This is a recent regression.  Result of bisect:

A new message appears in the console:
err:win:DEFWND_SetTextW Not enough memory for window text

Reverting this commit fixes the problem.

Workaround is native qcap.dll
