Was fixed by upgrade to WineHQ.

Still present:

"Sorry, either the product WineHQ.com  does not exist or you aren't authorized
to enter a bug into it. Please press Back and try again."

(Files to change in website.git: templates/en/global/404.template and
templates/es/global/404.template)
