Just to sum up: Photoshop CS4 doesn't load an interface unless native gdiplus
is used as a workaround.

Trying to make sense of all the CS4 bugs.

However, this can not be tested thanks to a newer bug, Bug 17433.

If anyone manages to get around Bug 17433 in the LATEST Wine WITHOUT using a
native gdiplus in a clean WINEPREFIX, then please say.

Setting as blocked.

Any other problems already have bugs open for them, or need separate bugs
opening for them.
