Hi dudes,

i had the same problem with an Steam which was installed on my Windows
partition before. (NTFS)

A ls -l from the steam folder looks like this:

drwxrwx--- 1 root plugdev 12288 2009-11-04 13:58 Steam

Wine is running as the user disappear so it could be just really an file
permission problem?
But world of warcraft has the same file permissions and runs just fine with the
standard disappear user for wine.
