Theoretically that should be the window that had focus before VD lost it's
X-focus. In practice - focus inside VD shouldn't change since the foreground
window shouldn't change either. At least if it just regained focus without a
pointer click somewhere inside. In that case whatever window was clicked should
get focus.

These patches do make things better. Except active window inside VD being
deactivated and loosing focus when VD looses X-focus.
