[Bug 19947] Desktop windo fullscreen directx application focus problem

Version 1.1.33 still has problems with keyboard focus if another window on the
same screen has keyboard focus before moving pointer to Wine's window.

1) Open Wine app in a window
2) Open a Linux app that uses keyboard in another window on the same screen.
Doesn't matter if it obstructs the Wine window or not.
3) Hover over Linux app, hover to desktop, then hover to Wine. Keyboard focus
works as it should.
4) Obstruct Wine with the Linux app or place Linux app near the Wine app. Hover
over Linux app, move pointer to Wine app without stopping over the desktop.
Linux app still has focus.

Version 1.1.27 does not have this problem.
