This is interesting:
fixme:crypt:CRYPT_CriticalExtensionsSupported unsupported critical extension

This is implicated in bug 19517 too.  Just to satisfy me whether it's an issue,
I'll attach a patch which allows certificates with this extension.  It's a
hack, but I'd like to know whether this is part of the issue.  I'll attach it
in a sec.
