OK, we're getting closer - I went to System .... Language Support and changed
everything to Hebrew, rebooted.  I don't know if this is legit, but since
mscore fonts were already installed on Ubuntu, I copied from a Vista machine on
the network Arial, David, Times, and Tahoma into the Wine fonts folder - It
worked completely!!

Here's the thing - I don't want the entire computer in Hebrew.  My client
speaks Hebrew, but he's a native English speaker.  Is there any way to
accomplish this?
