The Fusion Sega emulator can be downloaded, with Earthworm Jim, from
http://www.games4win.com/download/earthworm-jim
Download and install
Start the game.

Notice that the lower left corner of the window is not being painted, and that
the content shift up and to the right, by a percentage equal to the relative
position of the window against the desktop.
