OK, it looks like the process is launched, and an exception occurs after that,
so the problem is with the game itself. I would check the AppDB entry for MW2
(http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=18348&iTestingId=46491)
and open up a new bug if necessary, so we can continue to concentrate on L4D2
here.
