OBSE seems to load fine for me now.  OBSE 17 and OBSE 18b4 were both
successfully tested.  Gentoo Linux x86, 2.6.31-gentoo-r6 kernel, wine-1.1.33,
GeForce GTX 285, nvidia-drivers-185.18.36.  I've run Oblivion with OBSE
successfully about 20 times without a single failure.  Tested with Streamline,
Gather Ye Rosebuds, and SuperHotKeys, among others.
