Positive, when I first attempted this I logged bug #16228. At this stage a
dialog displayed, and allowed you to click on the links, but they didn't work
since scripts didn't work.

I might not of set the correct version of windows, but crash should not occur. 
I have tested the installer on a window server 2008 (32bit) and it displayed
the install dialog.
