Created an attachment (id=23968)

Current progress. Includes the nddapi patch.
I'm going to try and make my viewer more like the WinNT clipbrd.exe, but I
don't have access to a pre-WinXP-SP2 version - SP2 disabled several features,
and no matter what I do (start the ClipBook service, etc), I can't get them
back.

I tried this patch (and have included it in the attachment, sans \r\n line
endings), but it doesn't seem to work: running 'wine clipbrd' (with the WinXP
version) just exits without any output.
