testcase -

run http://www.cendio.com/~astrand/wine/62-tab-size/CmnCtrl1.exe
choose CMonthCalCtrl tab,  and switch the month. 
Original windows comctl32.dll displays MCN_SELCHANGE notification, while wine
internal does not
