Hi Dmitry,

Of course this is not a "Wine Bug".  I think in your haste to close this, you
forgot to read the part about this being an "enhancement".  "enhancements" are
not "bugs".

The point of my "enhancement" request was that you follow the protocols
required to create RPM's from tarballs.  This would mean that anyone could
create an RPM whenever they wanted and not be left to the mercies of others. 
And, replying on the mercies of others means we either have to suffer with
being constantly out of date or have to compile Wine on every single machine we
have responsibility for.  And that is a real pain in the ....

I would appreciate you sending this on to the developers for their
considerations.
