[Bug 20339] IE6. Proxy settings do not work

Dear friends,
attached you can find the console log when trying two times to set proxy
settings.

Following fragment is when "Lan settings" button is pushed

fixme:wininet:INET_QueryOption Unhandled dwOption 4

While writing on the "LAN settings" GUI, no log is issued.

Following fragment is when "OK" button is pushed
