Well, with today wine-1.1.31-272-g8c743cb I'm able to see builtin common
controls after minimizing Welcome window after start up, for example a project
tree works fine. This only works for a very first start: clean .wine with jre
only. Every subsequent start results in the same almost empty client area with
some graphical elements.

Also note that on first start main top toolbar doesn't show up (with native
comctl32 too), but on second (and so next) it does appear - with builtin I can
see only a 'Java perspective' button from right side.
