It seems they are up to bld.36 (so I'm using an older version), but yes it can
be downloaded from softpedia here:
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Video/Encoders-Converter-DIVX-Related/SUPER.shtml

Considering the GUI doesn't change that much I'm sure the same bugs will be in
effect for the new version as well.
