"Windows IA64" is not the Issue (I prepare a Patch)

The missing "DevicePath" REG_EXPAND_SZ "%SystemRoot%\inf" in  
"HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows" is not the Issue.

Not Yet.
I'm restructuring the current code to have a better NT style printing base.
