Hi, i tested VideoReDo Tv Suite v3.1.3.544 and can not confirm this.

 * Installer runs fine
 * Config wizard runs fine (ie. VrdConfigWizard.exe)
 * The application itself run fine (VideoReDo3.exe)

So retest in clean wine environment or consider closing this bug report.
