Well I found another workaround... if you have another install of Audiosurf
that is already logged in. It stores the username and password (in plaintext
even!) in the following file under the steam install directory (C:\Program
Files\Steam\ by default):

\steamapps\common\audiosurf\engine\Support\SavedConstants.cgr

If you copy that file from an audiosurf install that is already logged in, you
will be automatically logged in when you start Audiosurf next time.
