Hi Juan, no this patch does not work on top of 1.1.32. When i enter proxy IP
and click OK, console vomits:

fixme:wininet:INET_QueryOption INTERNET_OPTION_PER_CONNECTION_OPTION stub
fixme:wininet:INET_QueryOption Unhandled dwOption 5
fixme:wininet:InternetSetOptionW INTERNET_OPTION_PER_CONNECTION_OPTION
unimplemented for 5
fixme:wininet:InternetSetOptionW Option 39 STUB
