Just tried again.  Turns out is specific.

I can add new entries. However, I can not add:

ING
http://www.ing.be

For some reason it just won't accept this specific entry.

I thought it might be because "ING" is too short, but it accepts "123" fine.

So it's just "ING" for some reason.
