The first is szOID_ENHANCED_KEY_USAGE.  I have a patch to implement that, but
it also needs more testing.  The second is szOID_CERT_POLICIES.  I haven't
implemented that yet.  Still a crypt32 bug, though it appears I'm making
progress.
