CreateFileA("X:\\params.ini", GENERIC_READ|GENERIC_WRITE,
FILE_SHARE_READ|FILE_SHARE_WRITE, OPEN_ALWAYS) fails with ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED.

Try to add +ntdll,+server to +relay to get more details. Please use notepad
to simplify debugging, and attach full log, not just some part you think is
relevant. If the log is large compress it with 'bzip2 -9'.
