reopening, as after tests with vanila wine 1.1.29 on ubuntu 9.04 I got
exception attached in log file.

steps to reproduce:
1. download ApexDC++_1.2.1_binary.rar -can be found here:
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/apexdc/ApexDC%2B%2B/1.2.1/ApexDC%2B%2B_1.2.1_binary.rar?use_mirror=dfn

2. unrar it

3. delete ~/.wine

4. run: wine ApexDC.exe

5. setup:
General->Nick - fill in some
Connection settings -> (in my case also as I'm behind firewall) Ports ->
TCP/UDP/TLS

6. add public hub (via menu in main interface -> View -> Public hub):
name: BEST of all hubs :::CZech republic::: (dc.bestofallhub.com:1128)
address: dc.bestofallhub.com:1441

7. connect to it

8. exception occurs
