Well it works fine here.  There is only one failure, but it's expected.
Revit refuses to install because Dotnet 3.5 isn't installed, Dotnet 3.5 refuses
to install because Dotnet 3.0 isn't already installed.

Try installing Dotnet 3.0 first.
