As I said there is a few month in these pages, to use K-Meleon under wine you
must use the w9x version. It's a known problem, and I think it doesn't matter
with the crashes that will occurs after.

I'm the K-Meleon setup maintener, and I have made a modification of it to
install the good exe file. I don't know if this setup version is officially
used, but, for bypass this lack (if exists) after installing the setup, you can
use 7z to extract the w9x version, and rename it as said in your post.

All the bug I send here have been rejected. Probably because I'm a linux and
wine beginner, and I don't give the good info.

But, I don't understand how to set the command line to have correct crash logs
to help debugging. If you can help ...

I must say, that the crashes now always give a wine box to alert instead of the
wine version I used before. The crashes are less than before, but there are
some crashes yet.
