I'm not sure to understand the question. 
For me, the exe file is in:
/home/mathieu/.wine/drive_c/MOD4WIN/mod4win.exe

The bug comes with: wine mod4win.exe in a terminal
but no problem with just a double click.

If it is for the dowload link, it's:
http://meuble.radio.free.fr/mod4win/m4w-2_40.exe
