No, it isn't new of course. Some entries' names differs for GUI and command
line usage - the last are shorter. cc580 is to be used from command line.

You're mixing different things here. When you try to run anything for a first
time under Wine you should use clean .wine and no overrides - default setting
only. Now I'm trying to guess will your problem related to our builtin comctl32
or not, that's why I'm asking for this test.
