More info:

I made some changes under Wine configuration/Libraries:

If i set OLE32, OLEAUT32, RPCRT4 builtin, native
i got the error reported.
If i set OLE32, OLEAUT32, RPCRT4 native, native
I get the error:
fixme:ntdll:NtQuerySystemInformation info_class
SYSTEM_PROCESSOR_PERFORMANCE_INFORMATION

and the VB6 application displays a Runtime Error '432'

Probably is this issue related to the existing
Bug 19960 -  NtQuerySystemInformation( SystemProcessorPerformanceInformation
returns stale and incorrect values  ?
