ok, i tried the testcase and it seemed to work, but Qt Dominate still exhibits
the same problems. Maybe it is a different bug? When I run the program
(Dominate) it appears fine, but after several minutes, all text disappears from
the status window in the lower left and never reappears. It works fine on my
windows XP machine.

Do i need to open a new bug report or is this something the testcase didn't
catch?
