try to run swkotor.exe directly, there is gameoverlayrenderer involved, which
is a **** thing. If it does not work (because it wants steam), run steam, then
ername gameoverlayrenderer.dll and run kotor. Before starting steam again
rename the dll back, otherwise it will be redownloaded.
