Hmm, apparently wined3d is trying to create a GL buffer object for the d3d
vertex buffer while the buffer is mapped. That won't work well.

Can you attach the diff of your changes, just for completion? And I am afraid I
need the full +d3d,+tid log of a crash run, WITH your allocatedMemory debug
lines in place. Try to compress it with lrzip. If it attaches to bugzilla file,
otherwise try to mail it to stefan at codeweavers.com.
