L"Z:\\Users\\richardmackie\\Wine\\posh.exe") not found

Looks like it wasn't properly installed. Can you search for this file in case
it was installed into wrong place?

err:module:load_builtin_dll failed to load .so lib for builtin L"msxml3.dll":
dlopen(/Applications/Wine.app/Contents/Resources/bin/../lib/wine/msxml3.dll.so,
2): Symbol not found: _gzopen64
  Referenced from:

  Expected in: /usr/lib/libz.1.dylib


You missing libxml2 or your version is too old.
