I've got it. This bug is with winecfg or fonts. When customizing font there is
no ability to set font's encoding there. How can I fix it manually? The type of
data is REG_BINARY, so I don't imagine which bytes in the reg_key data are for
codepage...
Default font is ugly, without smoothing. I don't know why, but Tahoma renders
without smoothing. Changing default font to custom leads to this bug.
So, seems like this bug is related to winecfg. Or to font sizes...
Anyway, experimenting with the first byte of the font reg_key data solves the
problem. Especially, Verdana with sizes 8 and 10 shows text correctly,but size
9 leads to the bug. Strange for me but works.
