I agree, this is badly needed. The current way of hardcoding the replies in the
AppDB source code does not really scale.

Here is my attempt to summarize your suggestions. Feel free to comment :)

- Add a page where common replies can be added/modified
- A common reply can be assigned to one or more queues, so e.g. it will be
possible to show the same reply for applications and versions, but not
screenshots
- Instead of selecting a common reply using a radiobox, clicking on a reply
should add it to the admin reply text, so they can be edited
- Maybe add the possibility to make a 'personal' common reply, which is not
shared with other AppDB admins/maintainers?


Hopefully I will have time to look at this after GSoC :)
