I have solved the problem.
In System/Preferences Keyboard :
- Change the default keyboard for my real keyboard (Microsoft curve 2000)
- Modify option "Comportement de la touche de suppression du pavé numérique" in
french, ("Behaviour of the delete key of the numeric pad" in english I think) :
Selection of "Touche obsolète avec virgule" ("Obsolete key with comma" in
english I think)

And it works :
- Del key do its work
- The comma character is inserted in place of the point.

I think the linux user shouldn't have to configure this option. With windows,
the numeric pad works fine without any intervention.
