SetWindowPos() does:
if (WIN_IsCurrentThread( hwnd ))
    return USER_SetWindowPos(&winpos);

return SendMessageW( winpos.hwnd, WM_WINE_SETWINDOWPOS, 0, (LPARAM)&winpos );
