The 32-bit .NET Framework 2.0 redist installer would abort the same way on
64-bit Windows, and so it does with Wow64 Wine. You'll probably need to use the
64-bit version instead.

winetricks is just a shell script, so it doesn't have any particular
architecture dependency.
