When I use: "sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade outdated" in terminal

It reports Wine to be most up to date as 1.9.1


At the end of setup and whenever I try to run the software I get the error
above. It won't allow the program to run. Attempting to repair the program
doesn't work. The software in question is windows only which manages large
images for histology classes.
