As maintainer of LOTRO app I think that this bug can be safely closed, it
affects to LOTRO v1.0 which is a two years ago version, and even in the case
that this bug still affect version 1.0, there is no way that anybody can test
it as LOTRO is an MMORPG and requires latest updated version even to connect to
servers, so nobody will have the chance to test.

Please mark it as closed.
