Hello,

this bug is most likely invalid.
Use a clean WINEPREFIX, install .NET with 'winetricks dotnet20', then Fallout 3
and _then_ FOMM.

Went through this, downloaded 7 GiB torrent just to find out there is no
problem :|
The tool works fine if you use 'winetricks gdiplus' to work around bug 23759
(GdipTranslateLineTransform).

If you still experience problems with steps above, attach full relay log.
